In the Scottish royal family:David II (b.1324, d.1371) (son of Robert I (Robert Bruce)) possibly had a twin brother, John, who died in infancy. (Sometimes they're listed as twins, other times as single siblings)James II (b.1430, d.1460) also had a twin who died in infancy, Alexander. Alexander was the elder twin.
Also, though they weren't born, Mary, Queen of Scots miscarried twins in 1567.Hope that helps.
