Nickname "Tul" or "Tol"
My mother had a cousin that she only knew by the name Tul or Tol. She doesn't know where this comes from or what his given name is. I have found no record of this person so I'm guessing it's a nickname. Has anyone ever heard it before?

It could possibly be a nickname for Bartholomew. I can hear how someone might get "Tol" out of the second syllable of this name.
