In Poland it's pronounced AHN-ya. The N is very soft, sort of a "Nee" sound. But it doesn't mean it's A-NEE-ya. Same with other "nia" names in Polish (Tania, Sonia etc.)
As far as I know, the N in the Russian pronounciations is much harder.
