It is a female name, and I am wondering which spelling is considered the most traditional form. If you are knowledged on this subject, please let me know.

Tziporah is the Hebrew version of the name Zipporah. Tziporah means 'bird'. In the Bible, Zipporah was the name of the wife of Moses.

The other versions of those spellings could be variations, but those would be the most traditional spellings.

Right. Here is the name in Hebrew:

צִפּוֹרָה

The first letter is not z (zayin), but tsadeh, which is usually transliterated ts or tz.

Thank you, that was actually very helpful. I always see Zipporah and Tziporah as opposed to the other variations and was wondering which version was the original. Thank-you for letting me know.
