I believe that it would be NYE-kee-uhs. The Latin name "Nike", which this name appears to be derived from, is pronounced "NYE-kee", so...

That's an anglicized pronunciation with the "eye" sound, not remotely Greek (Nike is Greek, not Latin).

The accent is on the second syllable: Νικίας. I'd thus pronounce it Nee-KEE-as, though in English I generally hear NIK-ee-as.
