Dilys: "dil-iss"
If Endellion were Welsh it would be pronounced "End-ell-ee-on". The "ll" sound is made by putting the tongue in the "l" position and blowing. Endelient would be pronounced phonetically.
Gwenllian (note spelling). "Gwen-llee-an" (see note on pronouncing "ll" above.
Gwyneira: "Gwin-eye-rah".
Heulwen: "Hy-l-wen".
Mairwen: "My-r-wen".
Morvoren can't be Welsh, as it has a "v", (Breton? Cornish?) but you may be thinking of "Morwen", which is pronounced "mor-wen". There is a Gaelic name "Morwenna" which is very similar.
The remaining names are strange to me, but would be pronounced phonetically. There is no such thing as a hard "e" in Welsh.
