As it is the case for nearly every Japanese name, there are several ways of writing the name Shigeko with kanji. In this case I found about 3 with comparable frequency of occurence with the help of Google, each with a different meaning.

I have picked the following variant which is used by a contemporary singer and some princess hundreds of years ago: It is written with the following two kanji:

The use of an attribute like "heavy" for a Japanese girl name is a little surprising...
