Believe me, once Clancy (it's a surname) starts being used by females the parents of males will stereotype it as "feminine" and "weak" so like Madison, Mackenzie, etc. it'll mostly be used by females. That's a pattern. The name means "son of Flannchadh" - click ClancyNicknames - Clance, Clan, Cee
