Popularity
How popular do you think my nmae, Paris, will get in, say, the next ten years? Do you think that it will rise, like MacKenzie, or fall, like Zachary. How about London, India and Jetta? What do you think of these names? What stereotypes would you give to them eg. Jetta, have black hair. Thanks In Advance (TIA)

I think Paris will gain a little popularity over the next couple years, but eventually the place name trend will quiet down, and it will fade away. I don't think it will ever be in the top 100, because too many people would absolutely not use it because of Paris Hilton.I think MacKenzie's day has come and gone, actually. It is very much a 90's name to me. I think similar names like Makenna, McKinley, and Kinsey will replace it.London will probably gain as a boy name (because it's similar to Landon) and as a girl name (similar to Paris). I don't like the name. It's a city, to me. I can't imagine someone named London actually going to London.India will definitely gain in popularity. I could see this between 100 & 200 on the Top 1000 list. I dislike the name, because, again, I can't imagine an India visting India. It seems that most people who like it have never been to India. So it makes no sense that they would use it as a name.I don't think Jetta will get too popular. It's a car, to most people. I do think we'll see a lot more baby boys named Jett, though.
