You can't take original etymologies of two separate names or words and use that as the original "meaning" of a name UNLESS you have evidence that someone deliberately created the name in this way. If you know of a particular case where parents deliberately created the name Jaydon BECAUSE they wanted it to "mean" "Fire Bird" using this reasoning, I suppose you could say that was the etymology in that one particular case. But it would not be correct to use that as a general "meaning" in the etymological sense.
