Subject: hawaiian word for grandma

In my family we call my hawaiian grandma "tutu". I'm sorry that I don't know that origin of it. It would appear to apply to all generations of grandmas (i.e.- I call my great grandmother "tutu" and my niece calls my grandma "tutu").
