I am searching SIEFRIED Bartowich, an immigrant, but I do not know the country of origin.

Checking the various genealogy engines, i come up with the last name of Bartovich.
In this country they are in conneticutt, massachusetts, and pennsylvania. In europe tjhey are found in hungary, in what looks like a german speaking area.

I would guess, by the last name, that he was originally from a country in the former Soviet Union, but his first name says that he was either from Germany or from a Scandanavian country (or perhaps the Netherlands).
Why not try using a search engine, like Google, and enter the man's last name, then go from there.
