I came across some names that are pretty close:

Epiphania ("appearance"), Kallioe (possibly "gal with good ovaries") and Eutropia ("gal with noble ways/manners") are all listed in LPGN.

And so is one of my all-times favorite female name:

Euposia ("gal who enjoys a good drink").
