I haven't done one of these in a while, and the story I'm currently writing has quite a few purposely outlandish names, so I thought I'd give this a try again...

You think: Minerva is great, but something about that combo just makes me think of a lady having a nervous breakdown.

You think: Minerva is a bit fancy, and brings to mind Professor McGonnagal. Mae is rather plain, and brings to mind a Southern Belle. Strange contradiction.

You think: Now that is a name not unfitting a Harry Potter character. A bit unusual, and Cadmus makes me think.

You think: I always think Remy is a male name. Oh, well. Remembrance is a mouthful, and a tad bit cheesy for me.

You think: Cadmus makes me think of Cadmium, and Luciano makes me think of Lucius Malfoy. God, I really am a geek...
