Tom and Lorena met when she was 12 and he was 14 when his family moved to her neighborhood. Lorena and Tom's younger sister Maggie became instant best friends. Lorena always thought Tom was cute but Tom never really noticed her. Then one summer, when they were 19 and 21, they started hanging out more and things progressed. They started dating and four years later, Tom proposed. They've now been married two years.
