Things have been busy for the Ikävalko family. Back in London, Matthias and Despina have welcomed two children since last we checked in. Their first child is the smart and lively Henrietta, and they have a chaotic whirlwind of a new son by the name of Aleksi. Little Aleksi has already shown an interest in 'how things work', or rather, destroying things.
Mélisande has gotten married to a dashing American, Lysander Lovelock, and moved out to Chicago with him. They've just welcomed a baby girl. They picked the name Bathsheba becaue they thought it was sassy and unusual, and Ursula honours Lysander's mother, Ursula Lovelock-Green, whilst Geneviève honours... Geneviève. Geneviève and Teemu are going to meet their little granddaughter in a few short days and are really looking forward to it.
Meanwhile, Vincent is dating a lovely young Finnish/German girl called Petra Pihlajamäki. She's very outdoorsy and sporty and enjoys skiing, hiking, snowboarding and playing ice-hockey.
