Princess Héloïse gave birth to a child on the 4th of May. The nation is delighted (apart from those who lost bets on the baby's name), and the media falls in love with Prince Cyril, although he's pretty much as special as any other newborn baby. Messages of congratulations flood in from leaders all around the world. Héloïse and Ned, however, are keen to protect their son from the world for a couple of years, and limit his public appearances.
