Can't really determine its origins. On the Net, "Niurka" occurs most frequently in Latin American countries but I can't find it on any Spanish or Hispanic name list. It could very well be of Slavic origin and adopted as a Hispanic name, but I can't find it on any Slavic list either. Sorry.
