You got a plate saying: DAIVID and then after you had mounted it on your car someone wrote an H on the plate with a water proof and light resistant ink or paint of some kind?

If I did it so it looked good, I'd probably have to answer to Sheriff Dude. The local constabulary here are not amused by attempts to convincingly alter your number plate.
