There was a Lilias in a college course I took - Lil-ee-as.
As far as I know Lileas is merely a variant spelling. (Says so in the big Hanks and Hodge Oxford Book of Names)
It was originally a Scottish pet form of Elizabeth that evolved into an independent name and became identified with the lily.

Wrong. That would be using Irish Gaelic rules, not Scottish Gaelic.
