I think Cilly and Ettie would make cute nicknames, although "Cilla" is probably preferable, considering Cilly's similarity to the word silly. Lisetta is pretty, but Verena nn Vee is probably my favourite. Vreni and Luzi I feel indifferent towards.
Regula, Hildegard, Sekunda, Modesto, Adelheid seem clunky to me - perhaps they would work best in another language. German maybe?
