Since Seoirse is a form of George, teachnically Georgina is a feminine form of it. But I don't think that's what you're looking for.

There is also Georgette. It should be possible to devise an irish spelling for Georgette, like Seoirsead [Warning: I don't know Irish good enogh to ensure that this spelling is correct. I made it up from Seoirse and SInnead.]
