珍, 敏 - generally feminine but were popular among males in the past, kind of neutral.
仁, 义, 正 - quite masculine.
韧玉 - excellent, dignified, neutral, very Chinese.
彤晓 - 晓彤 is a common neutral Chinese name. The same in the west, many names are or were used by other genders. In China, people are less strict about the gender of names. You don't need to worry about it if your character is asexual.
