Because there was no evidence of use. If resubmitted there needs to be examples of their use submitted.

I referenced the evidence that they are used. I just didn't reference the meaning of the names because they are very rare names with obvious meanings.
forenames. io isn't a reliable source on its own as far as I know, since the names are so rare finding either a bearer, or an attestation from a reliable record would be the best way to ensure the names don't get deleted.
