A girl at my school used to insist her name was Deniz Melis Tinkerbell G-----. She goes by her middle name, Melis.

...but I've encountered a few female homophobes, too, who might use that expression. But I think when a female denigrates a male's masculinity like that, it's often because she feels she's been dismissed by the male as being undesirable.
Kinda like when a male denigrates a female by calling her a "bitch".
