Help on these Spanish names

I tried searching the web for the origin of these names but I couldn't find any site. Can you please help me? I believe these names all have a Spanish background.

Miraflor (a first name, feminine)

Arope (a last name, can't figure out the gender)

Tabar (still a last name)

Mariano (my name, masculine)

A "Miraflor" is what all us guys wished they'd had installed in the gym at them 8th grade dances... : P

...which was before we were old enough to go Tabar ta pick up wimmen, who all pretty much told us to piss up Arope anyway.
