Saetere is the Germanic form of the Roman God Saturnus (Saturn) which is of unknown meaning.It is believe to be where the word Saturday comes from (Saeter's day) although other etymologies are sometimes suggested.It could also have other meanings but it is probably of the above etymology.As for the name Lulla, I am not certain at all but it may be the origin of the word 'lullaby' from the Swedish word 'lulla' meaning "to hum".Hope this helps :)
