More specifically...
Taniqua is made up in such a way that it has absolutely no etymological meaning. It's just a bunch of pretty sounds that are pleasing to the ear and nothing more. The same is true of Shaelistaklyn.

Not entirely - though I'm sure you're right and the namers who perpetrated Taniqua were just playing jazz; but there's a range of mountains here in South Africa called Outeniqua! I don't know where the morphemes split, but it means something like Laden With Honey (lots of wild flowers, and therefore a good scavenging ground for honey hunters).So if you don't mind a stretch, Taniqua could be used for one of the triplets, the others of course being Deborah and Melissa ...
