I had oven roasted lamb chops that turned out really good, but produced enough smoke to turn the smoke detector on. Damn American smoke detectors! At least my boyfriend got a kick out of the whole situation =o). Now, can a non-orthodox Easter be so much fun?
I am having a southern Californian post-Easter dinner tonight - lamb quesadillas =o) (no sound effects this time).
