Shemara Wikramanayake is a director of Macquarie Infrastructure Company:http://www.forbes.com/finance/mktguideapps/personinfo/FromMktGuideIdPersonTearsheet.jhtml?passedMktGuideId=1036311Shemika is an alternate spelling of Shamika which is frequently found in the African-American community.Sherece is just one of the many respellings of Charisse, which has been used as a given name in the USA ever since the dancer Cyd Charisse became famous. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001998/I can't find a use of Shemahlia as a person's given name on short notice, but that doesn't mean it hasn't been used.

Depends on your definition of "legit" :)I for myself do the "Google test" when such a question arises: Is it possible to find real people that lived or are living today with these names as their real given names? If yes, the name obviously "exists" and I see it as legit in some sense, if not, the case is as yet undecided, of course because not even Google shows the whole world.Shemara, Shemika and Sherece all pass this Google test, with real people turning up that have these names. Only Shemahlia fails.I am well aware that this approach might be much too pragmatic for many people...

I couldn't be certain about this because I haven't done the research. However, in my opinion I think they are all created names. She prefix 'She' or sometimes "Che" is quite popular at the moment.Shemara - is probably just Mara with the She prefix.
Shemika - just a different form of Tamika, I think.
Shemahlia - again, was probably just Mahlia / Malia with the "she" added.
Sherece - I actually this this is probably just an alternative spelling of Cherise.
