Lily Sofia/ Liliana Sofia is my favorite. If you like both first names equally, I would use Liliana with the nn Lily.
Emilia Sofia is also pretty, but I only like Emilia with nn's Emmy or Lia.
I only like Elena prn. eh-LAY-nuh... I feel that your pronunciation might not be the natural one to most people, but if you don't mind correcting people then go ahead!
