Josephine - Sweet and quaint. I like it.
Penelope - Joyful and youthful sounding. I used to think that it was too sweet sounding, but it has grown on me. I love the nickname Nell. Nella is cute too.
Alasdair - I really like it.
Cato - I dislike the sound of it. It sounds like a brand name to me.
