Finn is perfectly fine on it's own, it's well established as a full name.
I don't believe Phineas has been suggested yet. You could also use Finn as a nickname for Griffin.
Hudson reminds me of the Bay, and the company named after it. I'm Canadian so the Hudson Bay Trading Company is involved in a lot of our history and the stores are everywhere. Looking past that association it's not my style, I'm not a big fan of surnames that have no family connection.
