Re: Looking for meaning
I haven't yet found an interpretation of Mutansir, but it is obviously a Muslim name, not a Hindu one. Maneka Gandhi & Ozair Husain's The Complete Book of Muslim & Parsi Names gives "Mu'tan" as a name meaning "concerned, thoughtful" in Arabic, and also includes the names Mutanabbi, Mutanabbih, Mutana'im, Mutanawwir, and Mutanazzih. Mutansir may be related to those names.

Sorry! I somehow missed that first "s" when reading the original post. The Gandhi & Husain book lists "Mustansir" as being from the Arabic for "one who asks for help."
