Winter has suddenly arrived - we've had a mild winter so far and we've been spoiled. Now it's averaging -8 (-22) during the day and -20 during the night. Our car didn't start yesterday - we had to clean out the garage (it was still set up for a garage sale...yah, we're lazy) last night so we could get the car parked and plugged in. I'm putting chili in the slow-cooker tonight, just so we can have a hot dinner as soon as we get home and I'm making bread this morning to heat up the apartment.
