HelpRe: What if 2 identical names with 2 different origins have 2 identical variants?

For example, what happens if there is another English name called Michael meaning "apple" or something, and its variant is also Michelle, just like the name Michael that means "who is like God"? Would I need to submit 2 entries for each Michelles, each variant, or just 1, since you can't tell them apart?
