AAH-mina. Love the "Mina" part, but dislike the sigh "AAH".
Love the pronunciation.
Aamina is gorgeous and princess-y! It reminds me of an elegant and exotic palace. It's very regal and youthful, and radiates importance, beauty, and class. Many names struggle to do that, and they often run the risk of coming across as sounding stuffy or elitist. Aamina manages to emit lots of sophistication, but minus all of the pompousness that occasionally comes with it.
This was the name of my Lebanese great-great grandmother and I really like it! She was an Arab Christian immigrant to Italy. I would use this name because of my heritage, and I just like it. It sounds so classy and fresh.
What a lovely name meaning. It's what all children should feel like around their mothers.
A horrible name.
How could you think this name is horrible? It just isn't. I think Aamina is beautiful, so don't you go around slagging it!
This obviously has importance to Muslims, but I like it, and I'm not Muslim. It's kinda pretty in a different way.
Different.
