I think this name sounds unisex, but I prefer it for girls. As a Hebrew speaker, I don't tend to think of 'Ah' and 'yah' as feminine names, but Adaiah reminds me a lot of Adah, which is strictly feminine, and Aviah, which is commonly found on girls. A 100% good name I would recommend it for everyone especially Jewish parents that are looking for an uncommon Hebrew name.
