Alva 2

I had a terrible male landlord named Alva who shot my cat with a beebee gun, so it didn't give me a very good impression of the name. I guess it sounds nice enough in a vacuum, but he's the only one I've ever met, and he was evil. Up side, he's surely dead now, because that was in 1994 and he was decrepitly old at the time.

Not very masculine sounding.
