This is a unique word, it means "Extreme happiness" or "ecstasy". Uniqueness lies in the fact that it does not have any antonym and thus in English a close akin of this word can probably be "bliss". In india it is used with many Yogis names. It is a perfect word to depict a spiritual being be it of any religion.
