You can absolutely name your child Asena. It's a common name that isn't exclusively used by nationalists (calling them fascists is a hard reach, by the way. I'm just saying this because I don't want this name to be sullied).

Do not name your child this name! It is commonly used by fascist groups in Turkey, and furthermore their leaders are named "Asena"! If you do not want to be associated with fascism, do not call your child this name!
