"Virtue" is a nice meaning. I like this name. I find it very interesting that it's pronounced like the English name Dick. Hey, it works in Vietnam!
Also, the duck jokes in this comment section are silly. This name is not commonly pronounced like DUCK. It might be, by a family living outside of Vietnam who are of Vietnamese descent.
But remember that names from your native language sound equally asinine in another language.
Is your name Ana? Cool then. But maybe don't go to Japan, or at least rewrite your name in kanji. Otherwise, your name looks like "hole", except in katakana. When people start making inappropriate jokes about your "hole", Dúc won't seem so funny anymore - even if it rhymes with Dick! Ana and Dúc are quite equal now, don't you think?
