I'm a female with the name Darian, born in 2008. I like the name, Darian, mainly because it's unique and uncommon, but it just doesn't seem to fit me. I think the name Darian is just fine for both genders, but at the same time, I wish that I had a more girly name. Everyone always thinks I'm a guy and they can never spell or pronounce my name correctly. Otherwise, I think it's a nice name and I'm not planning on changing it anytime soon!

I too have this name I think that it's pretty, I think this is a strong, kind name like the person who wears this name should carry it with pride and be courageous for we do hold a lot to be desired. This comes from our inner ability and our name helps to enforce these qualities. This name allows us to be beautiful.

Darian has been my name every since 1973. I didn't like it at first but it's grown on me. I have kids but I wouldn't name my kids after me because I didn't like that name.

I personally like this name because it's my name. I am a girl and I know 3 other girls my age that have this name as well (early 20's). I don't know how it's "supposed" to be pronounced for a girl but when you say my name it sounds like DARE-ian even though it's spelled Darian.

I love the name Darian! I named my daughter after this name but with my own spelling. Daryian. It's totally original just like her. Plus gives it more of a girly flare. :)
