I like it more for a boy. I don’t think it’s feminine.
I don't think of it as a masculine name because of Dalila (and its variants) but I really like how it's pronounced! It took me a second to get it but I think most people would get used to it.
If pronounced the Hebrew way (del-ie-ah) I think it would make a great girls name. Like a combination of Delilah and Maia.
This is too close to Delilah to ever be considered masculine to me unfortunatly.
