I knew someone whose name was Lorenzo, but he went by "Enzo". Super cool name in my opinion, and Enzo was a super cool guy.
In Dutch, the word “Enzo” translates to “et cetera”, or “and so on”. I think it would be funny if a Dutch person was named this and had many older siblings.
Oh hey, that's my name! Unfortunately it's associated with spoiled brats and revolted teenagers in my country, and it has actually affected me personally, but I still love it to no end. It rolls off the tongue and it's true to my Italian-Brazilian heritage.
It's funny, for an Italian name it seems to be very popular in a lot of countries, but in Italy it isn't and it's actually seen as pretty dated.
It sounds cool, but definitely a pet name.
I think this name is cool.
Enzo could be a nickname for Clarence.
Nice name, but annoyingly tough. Currently, most male babies born in Brazil are named like this, and I can remember a few jokes I've heard about it.
A handsome name for a boy, although it works much better with an Italian surname. The first thing that comes to mind is Ferrari so I think: Fast, hot, speed, luxury, elegance. I like it.
So popular in my country, that there are many people besides me with the name Enzo.
I can't see what there is to hate about this name. I think Enzo is a handsome, fantastic & classy name for guys. I love this name! I rate it 10/10. :)
Dear God, I am sick of this name. It's the name of every other little boy here in France, and even some guys my age and older have it. I think it's an ugly name. I don't think it will age that well either. I don't get the whole obsession with Italian names in France right now, and I'm half Italian myself!
I hate this name. It looks so ugly. By the way, it's NOT French! It's just so trendy in France because that soccer player used it on his son. It's like the French equivalent of Ava and Max, overused because of a stupid celebrity. There are plenty of French names besides Pierre, Jacques, and Marie, so I hope the French give some of their lesser-used names some usage rather than this trendy crap.
