Eulalie

So freakin' cute.

Too dated and isn't very pretty.

I really like this name, but it also reminds me of the words ululate (to howl emotionally) and echolalia (when someone habitually repeats what other people say). It wouldn't scare me off using the name, though.

Reminds me of "ooh la la" because the proper French pronunciation makes an "uu" or "ooh" sound not "you". I prefer Eulalia.

Eulalie is a great name! It's cute, old-fashioned, a bit mysterious, and very unusual without being made-up.

Certainly underused, and a nice alternative to names like Emily.

I have seen it spelled Eulalee in a book. I didn't like it, either.
