A lovely name. Better than Frances or Frannie. And I think Frankie would actually be a nice nickname, although Frankie as a formal name is unacceptable.

Although I love this name. I don't like the nicknames Franky or Fran. They take all the beauty and grace out of the name. I think I'd go with Essie or Shessie - maybe even Cheska.
