Gilles

The name for those who have something out of the ordinary in them... like Gilles Deleuze :)

I like this name because it means solemn pledge or promise, and it sounds adventurous yet serious to me. I think it sounds cute for a little boy but would age really well. Gil could be a cute nn.

I don't really like this name. I think that it appears too much like 'gills' and the poor little boy named this would be teased on the playground. I like the pronunciation, but no one would ever know how to spell it or say it.
