The pronunciation on the Italian "Giustino"'s main-page is partially incorrect.
Instead of 'Joos-TEE-Noh,' try:

Further explanation: In this case, the "G" mimics a "J." Stress your "I" to "EE." "U" becomes "OO." What we just went over, in all technicality, creates "Jee-Ooh"-- but, when spoken, meshes to "JYOO."
For "-Tino"; stress the final "I" to "EE." Round the "O" to "Oh."
