Actually, the Italian pronunciation would be more along the lines of:Graht-ZEE-AhRoll your "R"s. As always, "A"s are as in "Father." "Z" almost like a "T", but there is still an obvious "Z" being said (close to "Pizza," I suppose). Stress "I" into "EE." In Italian it is important to remember that you pronounce every letter, not mix them up as "tsyah." It may sound similar to that when spoken rapidly, I admit, but there is emphasis and definition to be aware of.
The pronunciation is GRRAHTT-tsyah. [noted -ed]
